Things You Need to Know
We founded Paperlace with one goal in mind: giving our customers a 1st class service and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct our business according to the same values. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
All personalised orders are printed/made to order, so unfortunately they cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
We do accept returns of Non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt but all items must be returned in a re saleable condition, i.e. packaging intact, items clean and undamaged, etc. Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment was made. Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns for any consumable / edible products, for example, icing, colours etc
The returned product must be in a re saleable condition otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Faulty / damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, then please contact us as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can do our upmost to resolve the matter.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Please inform us of any returns by email or telephone before returning.
Personalised Stationery/ Bespoke Products.
After you have submitted your order, we may contact you for more information before preparing and emailing a set of PDF proofs to you.
Please check the proofs very carefully before emailing back with any amendments that you require.
We are happy to amend each proof up to three times with no additional charge. If you do require more than three proofs, we will add a small charge of £5 per per proof to any final invoice.
Once your final proofs have been approved they cannot be changed.
Please check the proofs carefully to ensure there are no errors.
Your final proof approval is classed as an electronic signature.
By approving the proofs you are agreeing that no further amendments are required and the invitations can be printed and assembled.
We shall always try our best to sort any proof errors, but depending on the style of invitation this may result in a full reprint, which would incur additional charges.
As we make our stationery from card, colour printing and other components there may be differences in colours due to batch lots if you not order all your stationery at the same time.
It is important to note that reprints of stationery and other items ordered at a later date from your original order may have differences in the colour of print, card or components. This unfortunately is out of our control.
Our minimum order for our invitations is ten. The minimum order for any subsequent stationery order is also ten, therefore it may be beneficial to order a few more invitations than you think you may need in the first instance.
All printing and assembly time scales mentioned on our site are estimates, please make us aware if you require any bespoke item quicker and we shall try our best to help.
No refund or compensation will ever be greater than the value of the order paid.
