Sugarcel (CMC)  is similar to tragacanth powder, it is used to strengthen sugarpaste, and may also be added to royal icing to make a modelling paste.
 
How to use this product: Add approx 1 tsp to 250g of sugarpaste to strengthen. Knead in well and leave for minimum of 1-2 hrs . This will make a modelling/flower paste suitable for any modelling or flower projects. If you can leace it for 24 hours it will work even better.
