Sugarflair spectral and tartrinal (tartrizine free) edible paste colours are a concentrated gel food colouring, it can be kneaded into sugar paste, flower and modelling paste, marzipan, buttercream and royal icing to produce a range of shades by varying the amount of paste used.
To paint onto sugarpaste, dilute a little with clear spirit or rejuvenator spirit. Water may be used but will not dry as quickly.
