After you have submitted your order, we may contact you for more information before preparing and emailing a set of PDF proofs to you.
Please check the proofs very carefully before emailing back with any amendments that you require.
We are happy to amend each proof up to three times with no additional charge. If you do require more than three proofs, we will add a small charge of £5 per per proof to any final invoice.
Once your final proofs have been approved they cannot be changed.
Please check the proofs carefully to ensure there are no errors.
We recommend that you carefully check the following:
- Punctuation
- Spelling
- Dates
- Names
- Telephone Numbers
- Email Address
- Grammer
- All Text
- Fonts
We highly recommend that you also ask your fiance, a family member or a friend to check the proofs for errors before you approve them.
Your final proof approval is classed as an electronic signature.
By approving the proofs you are agreeing that no further amendments are required and the invitations can be rpinted and assembled. We will always try our best to sort any proof errors, but depending on the style of invitation this may result in a full reprint, which would incur additional charges.
As our invitations are made to order, it may take a few weeks from the date you approve your proofs for your stationery to be printed, assembled and despatched or delivered.
If possible, single and double layered cards will be printed and despatched the same week as they are ordered.
Please make us aware if you require your invitations quickly.
As these invitations are personalised and made to order they cannot be cancelled once you have placed your order.
