Culpitt paper covered wires are used for wiring into sugar flowers and leaves. The can be used when making the flowers but also to wire the flowers and leaves into sprays.  These wires are 14" Long.
They are also useful for other crafts.
The lower the guage number the thicker the wire is, 18g is the thickest wire. 
Please note if you are inserting anything into your cake we recommed using a flower/ posy spike.
