Florist wires are used for wiring into sugar flowers and leaves. The can be usind when making the flowers but also to wire the flowers and leaves into sprays.  They are also useful for other crafts.
The lower the guage number the thicker the wire is. 18g is the thickest wire, and 32g is the thinest.
